Guys do Yoga Introductory Course

This course is designed to take guys who have not done yoga before and teach you classical Hatha yoga.  In each class you will learn step by step the principals of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (yoga breathing), and meditation. This will give you a well rounded introduction to yoga in order to help you feel better both physically and mentally. 

COVID19 - Pandemic

Due to the current situation of a world wide pandemic classes for Guys do Yoga have now stopped.  The good news is I am offering online classes. I firmly believe that it is now more then ever that we need yoga in our lives. I have launched an online timetable in conjunction with Mary McLellan Yoga to offer a variety of sessions daily to help us all not just survive but to thrive during this challenging time.

Guys do Yoga also offers Yoga for Athletic training to help sports teams  and players get the very best out of every match.
